Anei value each of the activities that intervene in our coffee processes to provide you with a high-quality product, so today we want to tell you a little about some of the factors that stand out in the productive field.
We will begin by highlighting the work of the coffee-producing families to which we belong, the different communities of Wiwas, Arhuacos, Koguis, Kankuamos and peasants in the region, who cultivate a coffee with different profiles of cups from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and the mountainous area of the perijá.
Each of the 700 producing families plays a very important role for us, together we manage to obtain a coffee with high quality standards and organic and fair trade certification.
That is why at Anei we engage our communities and allies in all processes, allowing us to be productive while improving the quality of life. How do we do it? We have a coffee lab where our producers along with specialists and q-graders test the profile of their cups such as. acidity, residual, sweetness and body.
